Rental Policy and Labor Agreement
AAAV Party Rents Guarantee
AAAV Party Rents guarantees all equipment is in good working order at the time it leaves our office. Please check equipment against our work order before signing it to verify all requirements have been met. In case of a malfunction, we will replace the equipment as soon as possible or cancel the rental charge. This is the limit of our liability.
Business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. We are available 24/7 to our clients.
The minimum rental period is one (1) day. All equipment must be returned by 11:00 AM the next business day to avoid additional costs. A rental period may be extended only with a prior arrangement.
Delivery and pick up is available with charges based on location and mileage. Deliveries and pickups after normal business hours and on weekends are subject to an additional charge for the technician’s time.
Delivery and pick up price is based on direct load in and load out access. Customer must arrange parking for our delivery vehicle prior to our arrival. The price is subject to change if these terms are not met at time of delivery or pick up.
CUSTOMER PICKUP AND RETURN
To avoid pickup and delivery charges, customers may arrange to pick up and return equipment themselves at our warehouse.
Liability is assumed by the client for damages or loss of equipment operated by persons other than AAAV Party Rents employees.
Our Rental Technicians will assemble, test, package, and reserve equipment especially for you. All confirmed rental orders that are cancelled less than 24 hours from pick-up date may be charged a cancellation fee of up to one-half of the daily package total including any crew services confirmed. Additionally, if we have not been informed of a cancellation and equipment is delivered and set up by our technicians the customer will be liable for 100% of the rental fees.

MULTIPLE DAY DISCOUNTS
Rates are for one day rentals (delivery/setup day may be allowed). For rentals longer than four consecutive days, multiply the daily rate by the following factors:
Five Days – One Week : 4.0 x Daily Rate
Two Weeks: 6.0 x Daily Rate
Three Weeks: 8.0 x Daily Rate
One Month: 10.0 x Daily Rate
Longer Rental Periods: CALL
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, regular hourly rates, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, hourly rates are time and a half, and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, hourly rates are double. Weekends, from 12:00 AM, Saturday, to 7:00 AM, Monday, hourly rates are also doubled.
PAYMENT REQUIRMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS
AAAV Party Rents only accepts credit cards and cash for payment. Credit card holder must appear at rental office in person and provide identification with either a valid driver’s license or passport. If a proxy is required by customer to check-out equipment, this person must be listed on the credit card authorization form and a photocopy of both sides of the credit card holder’s driver’s license or passport must have been received by AAAV Party Rents. Applicant must complete all fields in the Credit Card Authorization form and sign where indicted on the AAAV Party Rents Rental Agreement before receipt of equipment. Full payment, and a security deposit or insurance, is required prior to equipment leaving the AAAV Party Rent’s premises.
Security deposits will be released only after a complete inspection of returned equipment for damage or loss. Please be aware that some banks may take several days to release funds.
ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS
AAAV Party Rents accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
AAAV Party Rents does not accept checks for security deposits.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions are stated in full on the AAAV Party Rents and All American Audio Visual “Rental Agreement”. The customer, or his designated signatory, is responsible for reviewing these terms. A signature acknowledges compliance and agreement and shall include any amendments to each contract.
Customer must show evidence of insurance coverage by providing a Certificate of Insurance from a qualified provider listing All American Audio Visual as “loss payee and additional insured” with appropriate terms and conditions. Please allow a week in advance to process the certificate.
